Earlier in late April, Monitor 66 was thrust into the spotlight when their “blissco” instant hit “Triscuits” premiered as the opening track of The Magician’s Magic Tape 22. I still haven’t found another song that matches the free flowing nature of the original and it’s definitely made an international impact as one of the best of 2012. House of Disco Records finally put out sample clips of the remixes of “Triscuits” that will be available for purchase on September 24th. Big surprise, Sixth Avenue Express Lounge‘s remix at the bottom of this list – the free remix of the bunch – I think does the original some justice and adds an extra layer of piano chord class.
