We haven’t witnessed a MegaMix like this from TPR for 51 straight weeks, when we last delivered his Ladies Love Cool James MegaMix Sept. 18, 2011. He once again mixed this one on Ableton, which in his defense he writes, “please don’t give me that ‘pffff doing mixtape on ableton is too easy you lazy fuck’ speech, this represents about 40h of work.” Hats off to The Phantom’s Revenge - excellent, hand selected disco tunes that really give you that Pat Bateman, uplifting feel-good vibe.
